– – Winnipeg police reported on Wednesday, July 14, 2021, that Arnold has been safely located.
The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the publics assistance in locating a 59-year-old male, Arnold SINCLAIR
SINCLAIR was last seen just before midnight on July 12, 2021, at his residence in the north end of Winnipeg. Police believe that he may try to walk northbound out of the city. SINCLAIR is described as 55 tall, slim build, medium-length black hair, a full beard, brown eyes, wearing a dark sweater and jeans.
The Winnipeg Police Service is concerned for SINCLAIRs well-being and is asking anyone with any information regarding her whereabouts to contact the Winnipeg Police Service Missing Persons Unit at 204-986-6250.
