On May 28, 2021, Red River North RCMP received a report of a missing 41-year-old man, Kienan (Kenny) Tran, from West St. Paul, Manitoba. Tran was last seen in the area of the Outlet Collection Shopping Mall in Winnipeg on April 5, 2021.
Tran is described as 5’7”, 130 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair. He is also known to frequent the Greater Toronto Area.
