Winnipeg Police said on Monday March 16, 2020, that Lailani has been safely located.
The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the publics assistance in locating a missing 11-year-old female, Lailani Currie. She was last seen in the Unicity area of Winnipeg during the evening of March 10, 2020.
Currie is described as Metis, 5’4″ in height, with a slim build and dark brown shoulder-length hair. She was last seen wearing a grey jacket, red hoody, grey pants, white shoes, and was carrying a blue backpack.
The Winnipeg Police Service is concerned about Currie’s well-being and is asking anyone with any information regarding her whereabouts to contact the Winnipeg Police Service Missing Persons Unit at 204-986-6250.
