— Winnipeg Police reported on February 20, 2020 that Kiona had been safely located —

The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the publics assistance in locating a missing 16-year-old female, Kiona Sinclair.
   
Sinclair last made contact on Thursday, February 13, 2020.
   
Sinclair is described as Indigenous in appearance with a medium complexion, 5’’5″”, 120lbs, thin build, long straight brown hair and brown eyes. Sinclair was last seen wearing a black winter jacket with brown fur on the hood and black, orange and purple Nike runners. 

Police are concerned for Sinclair’s well-being and are asking anyone with information regarding her whereabouts to contact the Winnipeg Police Service Missing Persons Unit at 986-6250.
