RCMP have recovered the body of Danny Kidane in a creek near the site of Dauphin Countryfest.
An autopsy will be conducted to determine the cause of death. The investigation is continuing.

On July 1, 2018, at 10:40 am, the Dauphin RCMP received a report of a missing 24-year-old male. Danny Berhie Kidane was last seen by his friends at 6:00 pm on Saturday, June 30, 2018, at the Dauphin Countryfest grounds.
Kidane is described as African-Canadian, 5’6”, 140 pounds, with brown eyes and short black hair. He was last seen wearing black shorts and flip-flops.
