Winnipeg Police are looking for help to find a 10 year old girl who went missing on Monday October 24, 2016 around 3:00pm. Talecia Bird-Dubois was last seen in the William Whyte area of the city.
She is described as Aboriginal, 4’8″, 80lbs, long reddish brown hair with ends dyed turquoise blue and very light freckles.
She was last seen wearing a green t-shirt with an unknown picture on the front, black sweatpants with a number on the left side and leopard patterned runners.
