10 year old, Joshua Tod was last seen in the North End area of Winnipeg during the afternoon of August 16, 2016.
Tod is described as an Aboriginal male, 4’9” tall, 65 pounds, dark eyes, thin build, black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a grey t-shirt, grey shorts, grey shoes and riding a red mountain bike.
Tod has gone missing six times since the beginning of 2016. The last time was one week ago with him being located on Monday of this week.
