RCMP report on Friday June 29, 2018, that Desirea Kennedy has been safely located

St-Pierre-Jolys RCMP are seeking assistance in locating a missing female youth. Desirea Dawn Kennedy, 13, was last seen by caregivers on June 16, 2018, at the Steinbach Summer in the City Festival. She may have since travelled to Winnipeg or elsewhere within the province.
Desirea is described as Indigenous with a slim build. She stands approximately 5’10” tall with short blonde, pink, and purple hair. Kennedy was last wearing a purple sweatshirt, black sweatpants, and carrying a dark-coloured backpack.
