The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating 25-year-old Justin CHMELNYTZKI. He was last seen during the morning of August 12, 2019, in the Transcona area of the City of Winnipeg.
CHMELNYTZKI is described as Caucasian, 5’9, 220 lbs with short brown hair and a goatee. He was last seen wearing grey shorts, blue Winnipeg Jets T-shirt and may be wearing a Blue Winnipeg Jets hat.
The Winnipeg Police Service is concerned for CHMELNYTZKI’s wellbeing and is asking anyone with information regarding his whereabouts to contact the Winnipeg Police Service Missing Persons Unit at 204-986-6250 or Crimestoppers.
