RCMP received a report of a 26-year-old male, who went missing after being seen on Manitoba Avenue in Selkirk on September 16 at 11:55 am,
John David Roy is described as 5’9”, approximately 180 lbs, with brown hair-worn in a bun, and brown eyes.
RCMP have been actively searching for him and have confirmed that he was seen in Winnipeg on October 3, 2020.
