LOCATED – – Manitoba RCMP reported on December 14, 2020, that Jasmine has been safely located.
On December 10, 2020, at approximately 7:00 pm, Headingley RCMP received a report of a missing 16-year-old female from the RM of Cartier.
Jasmine Lower-Clearsky was last seen on December 10, 2020, at approximately 2:00 pm near Highway 1 and Provincial Road 248, in the RM of Cartier.
Jasmine is 5’0”, 160 lbs, with pink hair, and was last seen wearing a black sweater, black jacket, grey sweatpants and white shoes. She may be in the Winnipeg area.
Her family and RCMP are concerned for her well-being.
