LOCATED — RCMP reported on September 16, 2019 that Stepanow was found deceased. Police say his death is not criminal in nature. – – –

On September 10, 2019, at 6:00 pm, The Pas RCMP received a report of a missing 46-year-old male from The Pas. James Lee Stepanow last made contact with family on September 3, 2019.

Stepanow is described as 6’1”, 200 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair and may be driving a 2018, black colored, Ford F150 pickup truck with Manitoba license plate HKK 715.
