The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the publics assistance in locating a missing 12-year-old female, Haley MCKELVEY.
MCKELVEY was last seen on Wednesday, August 21, 2019, at 9:00 p.m. in the West End area of Winnipeg, Manitoba.
MCKELVEY is described as Metis, 4’5″, and 115 lbs, with long black straight hair, and brown eyes. MCKELVEY was last seen wearing a black vest with “Red Man” on the front, jeans and black sandals.
Police are concerned for MCKELVEYs well-being and are asking anyone with information regarding her whereabouts to contact the Winnipeg Police Service Missing Persons Unit at 986-6250.
