Winnipeg Police report that Cynthia Forster has been safely located.
The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the publics assistance in locating a missing 18-year-old female, Cynthia Forster.
Forster was last seen in the North End area of Winnipeg on the evening of February 10th, 2019 at 6:30 pm.
Forster is described as Indigenous in appearance, 5’8″ in height, 180lbs, long brown hair with red. No clothing description.
The Winnipeg Police Service is concerned about FORSTER’S well-being and is asking anyone with any information regarding her whereabouts to contact the Winnipeg Police Service Missing Persons Unit at 204-986-6250.
