LOCATED – – Winnipeg Police reported Sunday night, December 20, 2020 that Cecile has been safely located.
The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing 51-year-old female, Cecile WANZIGA.
Cecile WANZIGA was last seen on Thursday, December 10, 2020 in the St Boniface area of the city.
Cecile WANZIGA is described as black with a dark complexion, 5’9”, heavy build, short black hair and speaks with a thick accent.
Police are concerned for Cecile WANZIGA’S well-being and are asking anyone with information regarding her whereabouts to contact the Winnipeg Police Service Missing Persons Unit at 986-6250.
