The minimum wage in Manitoba will be increased by 30 cents to $11.65 per hour effective Tuesday, October 1, 2019.
“We continue to provide predictable and sustainable increases to Manitoba’s minimum wage, which achieves the right balance benefitting both employees and employers,” said Growth, Enterprise and Trade Minister Blaine Pedersen.
The increase is based on the rate of inflation and is rounded up to the nearest 5 cents.
