Brandon Police say a 30-year-old male was allegedly banging on doors in the southwest area of the city early this morning claiming he was being chased by people with weapons.

Officers responded and found the man but weren’t able to find anyone chasing him.

After talking to the individual police say he admitted to being high on Meth. Officers concluded the man was hallucinating the people chasing him.

Police say the male was also under a court order to not consume any drugs. He was arrested and will appear in court today.
