Emergency crews responded to a medical call at the corner of McPhillips Street and Burrows Avenue around 11:50 pm on Friday, April 8, 2022.
When crews arrived on the scene they located a vehicle parked partially on the sidewalk with a 33-year-old male driver sitting behind the wheel.
Paramedics determined that male was likely intoxicated and contacted police. The male was transported to hospital, treated and released.
He has been charged for his alleged involvement with Operation of a Conveyance While Impaired to Any Degree by BAC or Drug or a Combination of Both.
The accused was released on an appearance notice.
