Work is beginning on the Perimeter Highway between Portage Avenue and the Assiniboine River to replace the median barrier.
Manitoba Infrastructure says that the barrier replacement work will be done at night between 6:00 pm and 6:00 am during the week and is expected to take about one month to complete.
One lane will remain open during nights and two during the day. It is expected that there will be traffic delays during the construction.
