Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Service responded to an early morning garage fire on McCalman Avenue in East Elmwood Monday, January 6, 2020.
The structure was well-involved as firefighters arrived with heavy flames and smoke billowing out.
An offensive attack was launched.
The blaze did spread to a trailer next to the garage but was declared under control within 30 minutes after crews arrived on scene.
No injuries were reported.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
Over the past week firefighters have fought six fires including another garage fire on Sunday morning on Austin Street.
