Winnipeg Police Service has charged a 40-year-old male massage therapist with sexual assault.

Police say that in May of 2023 a female in her fifties went to a massage business in the 700 block of Crescent Drive and during her appointment she was touched in an unwanted sexual manner. The victim was not physically injured during the incident.

The accused is a licensed massage therapist and is no longer an employee of the business where the assault allegedly took place. He was arrested and charged on June 22, 2023.
