Beginning today, September 8, 2020, the use of non-medical masks has been mandated in Manitoba Law Courts after one of their employees tested positive for COVID-19.
Last Friday Manitoba Public Insurance announced that effective Wednesday, September 9, they will require mask be worn at any MPI location, including all service centres, claim centres, and MPI’s Physical Damage Centre.
The provincial insurer said that anyone who refuses to wear a mask will be asked to leave.
Manitoba Liquor and Lotteries followed suit and have mandated masks beginning on Thursday, Sept 10, at all Manitoba Liquor Marts, Casinos in Winnipeg and the Shark Gaming Centre.
