A shooting in the 700 block of Maryland Street early Sunday morning, July 14, 2019 has prompted an investigation by the Major Crimes Unit.
Police say they were called to the area around 1:20 am. When officers arrived they found a male in his 20s suffering from gunshot wounds.
The victim was taken to hospital by paramedics in critical condition but is now in stable condition.
