Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Service responded to a garage fire in the rear of a home on Maryland Street just south of Ellice Avenue.
Smoke and flames were coming from the building as firefighters arrived. An offensive attack was launched with the fire being brought under control within 20 minutes.
No injuries were reported
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
