RCMP in Thompson has made an arrest in the death of a 30-year-old Leaf Rapids man.
Police say that on Saturday, January 4, 2020, they were called to an apartment on Princeton Drive in Thompson for the report of a stabbing.
When officers arrived they found the victim who was taken to hospital but died soon afterwards.
The investigation continued and on Sunday, January 5th 26-year-old Ronald Dysart from Leaf Rapids was arrested and charged for his alleged involvement with Manslaughter.
Dysart was remanded in custody.
Police say that they are not looking for any other suspects in the death.
