RCMP have laid charges against a 26-year-old female in connection to the death of a 23-year-old male in Leaf Rapids on September 2, 2020.
Police were called to a home in the community around 9:50 am for the report of an injured male. He was taken hospital but later died.
Police arrested a female suspect on the same day but she was released without charges.
On October 21, officers re-arrested the suspect.
Amy Linklater has been charged with manslaughter and detained in custody.
RCMP continue to investigate the homicide.
