Currently 11 people are being treated in hospital for the virus of which seven are currently in intensive care.

The number of people who have died due to COVID-19 in Manitoba remains at two.

So far public health officials say 17 people have recovered.

488 tests for COVID-19 were performed at Cadham Provincial Laboratory bringing the total number of test to 12,998.

Officials continue to advise people to stay at home and only to go out for essential needs. Travel within the province should be limited to essential trips only. This is not the time to go to cottages or seasonal homes as an influx of people to these areas could strain smaller health centres if visitors get sick.
