RCMP in Manitoba have made a number of drug busts and arrests between Wednesday, April 29 and Sunday, May 3, 2020.
Poplar River
Last Wednesday officers in Poplar River learned that several suspicious packages had been sent to the community on a commercial flight from St. Andrews Airport.
Police intercepted the packages as they arrived in Poplar River and found about 109 grams of cocaine hidden inside several hollowed out cans.
Officers identified a suspect and an arrest warrant for 25-year-old Jennifer Fontaine has been issued. Fontaine is believed to be in the Winnipeg area.

Ebb and Flow First Nation
On Friday, May 1, 2020, Ste. Rose du Lac RCMP and the West District Crime Reduction Enforcement Support Team raided a home on Ebb and Flow First Nation.
Police seized more than 95 grams of cocaine, a firearm and a large amount of Canadian cash.
55-year-old Brian Cochrane was taken into custody and charged for his alleged involvement with Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking, Possession of Property Obtained by Crime and Unsafe Storage of a Firearm.
Selkirk
Two people are facing drug and firearm charges after RCMP in Selkirk executed a search warrant on a home on Sveinson Street in Selkirk.
Officers recovered a sawed-off shotgun, ammunition, a small amount of an unknown drug, Canadian Currency, a number of unused gift cards and drug paraphernalia.
A 23-year-old male and a 23-year-old female were released on a promise to appear in court in August.
