Manitoba is expected to make an announcement about additional public health measures on Monday.
The province issued a media notice Sunday evening stating that Primmer Brian Pallister and Dr. Brent Roussin, chief provincial public health officer will be speaking to the media about additional public health measures at a 12:30 pm briefing.
The briefing comes just one week after the province tightened public health orders due to increasing COVID-19 cases.
Over the weekend 535 new cases of COVID-19 were announced and more than 1,350 in the last week.
