Winnipeg Police have arrested the suspect wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for the murder of 24-year-old Vincent Scott Ross.
Ross was killed at a multi-suite residence on College Avenue on March 16, 2020.
Police say that they believe the victim and suspect got into an argument at which point Ross was shot.
On Friday, March 20, 2020 police obtained a Canada-wide warrant for the arrest of Christian James Bruce and asked for public help in locating him.
Investigators located Bruce Sunday night, March 22, 2020 at a residence in the St. Johns neighbourhood. He was arrested and detained in custody.
