Winnipeg Police are searching for 30-year-old Stacy Joshua Waldner after he allegedly violently sexually assaulted a youth on December 24, 2019.
Police say an arrest warrant has been issued for Sexual Assault, Sexual Interference, Forcible Confinement and Uttering Threats.
Waldner is described as 5’10 in height with a medium build.
Police say that they do not think Waldner is armed but do say he should be considered dangerous. He should not be approached.
A vehicle connected to Waldner was located in the downtown area of the city. Investigators believe he will be looking for alternate transportation.
Anyone who sees Waldner or has information on where he can be found is asked to call 911
