Early Thursday morning, December 14, 2017, police responded to a report that a man had been shot.
It happened just after 2:00 am in the 100 block of Hargrave Street.
Police say that when officers arrived they found a male in his 20’s suffering from a serious gunshot wound to his lower body. Officers used a tactical tourniquet on the victim as they waited for paramedics to arrive. The victim was taken to hospital in critical condition. He is now listed in stable condition.
Police also found an adult woman at the scene who was suffering from minor injuries. She was also taken to hospital.
