On Sunday, September 10, 2023, police responded to the 200 block of College Avenue after receiving a report that a man had been shot.
Police found the man outside an apartment building around 6:45 pm suffering from a gunshot wound. He was taken to hospital in critical condition but died from his injuries.
The victim has been identified as 25-year-old Daniel Raymond Garvey-Rodriquez.
