Winnipeg homicide detectives are investigating after a 38-year-old man was shot and killed at a Furby Street rooming house on Saturday, August 26, 2023.
According to investigators, officers responded to the residence in the 500 block around 12:30 am. When police arrived they found the victim suffering with critical injuries and preformed CPR until paramedics arrived. The victim was taken to hospital in critical condition but soon died.
Police say that the suspects fled the scene before police arrived.
The victim has ben identified as Cory Roger Roulette of Winnipeg.
