Man runs into traffic gets hit on Portage Avenue

Winnipeg Police were in the area of Portage Avenue and Edmonton Street when they saw a man leave Portage Place Mall and run directly into traffic and get hit by a vehicle

It happened Monday, November 27, 2017, just before 8:30 pm. According to police as the man entered traffic he was hit by the vehicle travelling eastbound on Portage Avenue.

The 34-year-old male was found to be in critical condition and was taken to hospital.
