Winnipeg has recorded its 41st homicide of 2019 tying a record set in 2011.
On Wednesday, November 13, 2019, Winnipeg Police were called to a home in the 700 block of Dufferin Avenue.
When officers arrived on scene they found a dead 21-year-old male who had been shot.
An autopsy has confirmed the death is a homicide
The victim has been identified as Dustin Cree Baker.
