Winnipeg Police Service Homicide Unit is investigating after a 19-year-old man was found dead inside an apartment building in the 300 block of Assiniboine Avenue.
Members of the Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Service, who were already on scene, located the deceased in a hallway.
Police say that the death is suspicious in nature and is being considered a homicide.
The victim has been identified as River Harper of Winnipeg.
