Paramedics took victim to hospital in stable condition
A man suffering from a medical episode fell from a third floor apartment at Mount Royal Road and Portage Avenue on Saturday night according to police.
It happened just before 9:00pm. An off-duty police officer spotted the man and sustained minor injuries after rendering assistance.
Police sent multiple units to the scene and several officers were required to help restrain the victim as he was being treated and readied for transport.
