Man charged with murder
As News4 told you last fall – On November 26, 2016, around 3:00 am, Police received reports of gunshots being heard in the area of Donald Street and Stradbrook Avenue. Officers discovered two men suffering from gunshot wounds. Both men were taken to hospital in critical condition.
Theodoros BELAYNEH, 32 from Edmonton died from his injuries. A second victim was also shot during the incident.

In January of this year Winnipeg Police arrested a 23 year old female in relation to the incident.
On Thursday May 11, 2017 Homicide detectives have arrested and charged Julian Donally TELFER, 30, from Winnipeg with First Degree Murder and Attempt Murder for his alleged involvement.
