Winnipeg Police have arrested one person in connection to an assault on a Winnipeg Transit bus Saturday night, March 28, 2020.
Police say they responded to a report of an assault on the bus near Isabel Street and Logan Avenue around 10:40 pm.
Before officers arrived the bus had travelled over the Salter Street Bridge and turned west onto Dufferin Avenue.
Officers arrested the suspect at the scene.
The victim was taken to hospital in stable condition but has refused to cooperate with police.
