Winnipeg police have arrested and charged 38-year-old Aaron Wayne Azure in connection to the killing of Vincent Brian Kipling on May 10, 2023.
Azure was located by officers in the North Point Douglas area on May 29, 2023 and has been charged with Manslaughter for his alleged involvement.
He was detained in custody.
Police are continuing to investigate.
