MAN WHO ALLEGEDLY SQUIRTED LIQUID ONTO TEEN AT ST VITAL MALL WON’T FACE CHARGES

 

 

Police say liquid wasn’t biological

 

 

 

 

The man who allegedly sprayed a white sticky substance onto a teenaged girl in St. Vital Mall will not face any charges related to the incident,

In mid February a group of teen say they were followed as they walked around inside the mall. At some point it is alleged that the man sprayed  the substance onto the girl. The girl’s mother told media, police and mall security that she believed the substance was semen.

Winnipeg Police, at the time, asked for the publics help in identifying the suspect.

Police have now confirmed that the substance was not biological in nature but did not release exactly what the substance was.
