Winnipeg Police Major Crimes Unit is looking for a suspect who shot an adult male in the 100 block of Higgens Avenue on Monday night, November 13, 2017.

Police say that just before midnight they responded to the report of a male being shot. When emergency crews arrived they found a male in his thirties in critical condition. He was taken to hospital and has been upgraded to stable.
