Winnipeg Police are investigating a single-vehicle collision on Cuthbertson Avenue that happened around 9:35 pm on Monday, November 7, 2022.
Emergency crews arrived to find a Mazda 3 that had crashed into a tree and the injured driver trapped inside. Crews extricated the driver from the vehicle and he was transported to hospital in unknown condition.
A witness to the collision told News 4 that the vehicle was “excessively speeding” eastbound on Cuthbertson Avenue when it veered over the curb and spun colliding with a tree on the driver’s side of the vehicle.
