Winnipeg’s Homicide Unit is investigating after a male died from his injuries.
Police say that emergency crews were called to the 400 block of Beverley Street just after 2:00 am Wednesday morning, May 19, 2021 for the report of a severely injured male outside a home.
The male was taken to hospital in critical condition but died from his injuries shortly afterwards.
Investigators have identified the victim as 37-year-old Derek Scott Sutton.
