On June 13, 2017 Winnipeg Police received a call about a male who had entered a female washroom at the University of Winnipeg and began crawling on the floor looking under stalls. He then stood up and began looking at a woman through a gap in a stall door. The woman yelled and the man fled.
Police have arrested a 22 year old male from Winnipeg for his alleged involvement in the incident. He has been charged with voyeurism and will appear in court at a later date. He was released on a promise to appear.
