Winnipeg police have arrested a 27-year-old male in connection to the death of 36-year-old Joseph Matthew Myran.
Myran was found in a Main Street hotel on January 17, 2022, suffering from serious injuries. He was taken to hospital where he died from his injuries.
On February 8, investigators with the WPS Homicide Unit located and arrested a suspect in the case. Jordan James Walton was charged for his alleged involvement with Second Degree Murder. He was detained in custody.
Police say that neither man knew each other prior to Myran being stabbed during a dispute.
