Just after 11:30pm Wednesday May 31, 2017 fire crews were called to a home on Hennessey Drive.

Heavy smoke could be seen billowing out of the home as emergency trucks pulled up to the scene.

According to officials the fire was contained mostly to the kitchen.

One person was taken to hospital in unknown condition.
