Beginning Wednesday, October 6, 2021 the Legislature will resume sitting for a condensed five day session over the next two weeks.

The government intends to complete the 2021 Budget financial process as well as pass the Budget Implementation and Tax Statues Amendment Act (BITSA) and the disability support act and amendments to the Manitoba Assistance Act,

MLAs will sit October 6 to 8 and again October 12 to 14. Two thirds of the members will be in the house while the remainder will attend virtually to ensure physical distancing.
