Winnipeg Police Service Major Crimes Unit is investigating an early morning shooting that happened on Saturday, June 29, 2019.
Police say that at approximately 3:00 am they responded to reports that a male had been shot near Langside Street and Sara Avenue.
When officers arrived on scene they found an adult male with upper body gunshot wounds. He was taken to hospital in unstable condition but has since been upgraded to stable.
